As a Creative / Enrichment English Tutor / Educator, you will provide interactive, enrichment-focused lessons that encourage students to explore creative writing, storytelling, poetry, drama, and public speaking. Your role includes designing stimulating activities, providing feedback, and supporting students in developing confidence, imagination, and critical thinking skills.
This role is ideal for educators experienced in creative English instruction, extracurricular enrichment, or project-based learning.
Vereistes
Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education (English), Creative Writing, Literature, Drama, or a related field
Prior experience teaching creative or enrichment English
Strong subject knowledge in storytelling, poetry, drama, creative writing, and public speaking
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to teach across Primary → Secondary levels
Flexible knowledge of multiple curricula is preferred, including:
British (EYFS → GCSE)
American (Elementary → High School)
IB (PYP, MYP, DP)
Indian (CBSE / ICSE)
French international schools
Ability to design lessons that support creativity, self-expression, and higher-order thinking
Comfortable supporting extracurricular enrichment programmes
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons
Create and use resources such as:
Story prompts and writing exercises
Drama activities and roleplay
Poetry workshops
Public speaking exercises
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and encouraging student participation
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and expectations
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation

Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
