As a Drama & Performing Arts Tutor / Educator, you will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in acting, musical theatre, speech, and performance skills. You will guide students in building stage presence, confidence, and creative expression, while preparing them for exams or school performances where applicable.
This role is ideal for educators experienced in Drama & Performing Arts instruction for Primary, Secondary, and Pre-University students, including exam preparation such as Drama GCSE, IGCSE Drama, or IB DP Theatre.

Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre, Education, or a related field
Prior experience tutoring or teaching Primary → Pre-University students in drama or performing arts
Familiarity with curriculum-specific exam requirements for GCSE, IGCSE, or IB DP Theatre
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to teach Primary → Secondary / Pre-University levels
Familiarity with Dubai school curricula, including:
British Curriculum (KS1–KS5, GCSE / IGCSE Drama)
International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP Theatre)
American, Indian, French or other international schools where applicable
Ability to develop creativity, confidence, teamwork, and performance skills in students
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver structured, interactive lessons
Comfortable creating and using resources such as:
Scripts, improvisation exercises, and role-play activities
Performance plans, musical theatre exercises, and choreography guides
Public speaking and presentation exercises
Skilled in assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and tracking improvement
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and expectations
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
