As an Enrichment / Gifted Maths Tutor / Educator, you will provide challenging, engaging lessons for students ahead of their grade level or preparing for maths competitions. Your role includes designing advanced problem-solving activities, critical thinking exercises, and puzzles, tracking student progress, and adapting lessons to maintain engagement and stretch student abilities.
This role is ideal for educators experienced with gifted learners, advanced curricula, or competition-focused programmes.
Vereistes
Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education (Mathematics), or a related field
Prior experience tutoring gifted or advanced learners is preferred
Strong subject expertise in problem-solving, logical reasoning, and Olympiad-level mathematics
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to teach across Primary → Secondary levels
Familiarity with any school curriculum taught in Dubai:
British (KS1–KS4, GCSE / IGCSE)
American (Elementary → High School)
International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP)
Indian (CBSE / ICSE)
French (Maternelle → Lycée)
Understanding of gifted student pedagogy, enrichment strategies, and competition preparation
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver advanced, enrichment-focused lessons
Create and use resources such as:
Olympiad-style problems
Critical thinking exercises
Logic puzzles and challenges
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and motivating advanced learners
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and expectations
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
