As a Math & Science Enrichment / Gifted Programs Tutor / Educator, you will provide advanced, engaging lessons for students from Primary through Secondary levels. Your responsibilities include designing enrichment activities, critical thinking exercises, and competitions-style challenges in Maths and Science, tracking student progress, and adapting lessons to stretch learners’ abilities.
This role is ideal for educators experienced with gifted learners, enrichment programmes, and competition-focused activities.
Vereistes
Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, STEM, or a related field
Prior experience teaching enrichment, gifted, or advanced learners in Maths and Science
Strong subject expertise in advanced problem-solving, logical reasoning, and interdisciplinary concepts
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to teach across Primary → Secondary levels
Familiarity with school curricula in Dubai, including:
British (KS1–KS4, GCSE / IGCSE)
American (Elementary → High School)
International Baccalaureate (IB PYP, MYP, DP)
Indian (CBSE / ICSE)
French international schools
Understanding of gifted student pedagogy, enrichment strategies, and high-level competition preparation
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver advanced enrichment lessons
Comfortable creating and using resources such as:
G&T (Gifted & Talented) enrichment class materials
Advanced Problem Solving / Critical Thinking exercises
Puzzle-solving and logic workshops
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and motivating advanced learners
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and expectations
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
