In Person Single Lesson – Policy By enrolling in Simone’s Tutoring In Person Single Lesson, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Scheduling Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Session Duration: Each session is 45 minutes long. Frequency: Recommended sessions are once a week, but can be adjusted based on availability and learner needs. 2. Payment Terms Payment Required in Full: Payment must be made before the first lesson. Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer Cash (for in-person sessions) Online Payment (contact for secure methods) Non-refundable: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Simone’s Tutoring cannot provide the scheduled lessons. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged in full. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within one week of the original booking. 4. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson and does not inform us in advance, the session will be marked as completed and no make-up session or refund will be provided. 5. Learning Materials All necessary materials (worksheets, activities, and notes) are provided during the lessons unless otherwise specified. It is recommended that learners have a notebook and pen to take notes and practice at home. 6. Punctuality Late Arrival: Sessions will start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not have their session extended. If the tutor is delayed for any reason, the session will be extended accordingly or rescheduled. 7. Parental Involvement Parents are encouraged to assist their child in practicing outside lessons to ensure continuous improvement. Open communication is key to the learner's success, and feedback on your child's progress is always welcome. By enrolling in the In Person Single Lesson, you agree to the above policies.
