Exam Preparation Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking an Exam Preparation Coach to help students prepare strategically and confidently for high-stakes examinations including IGCSE, IB Diploma, A-Level, SAT, IELTS, and UAE MOE exams. You will provide structured coaching on exam technique, revision planning, and performance under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalised exam preparation plans for each student

• Coach students in exam technique, question analysis, and mark scheme strategies

• Conduct timed mock exams and detailed feedback sessions

• Teach revision strategies tailored to specific exam formats

• Address exam anxiety and support students' performance mindset

• Coordinate with subject tutors on gap analysis and topic prioritisation

• Support parents in creating an effective home revision environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area

• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

• Minimum 2 years exam coaching or subject tutoring experience

• Deep knowledge of at least one major exam curriculum (IGCSE, IB, A-Level, SAT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience examining or marking for a recognised exam board

• Coaching certification

• Experience across multiple curricula

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
