Resilience Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a Resilience Coach to help clients — from children to adults — develop the inner strength, adaptability, and coping resources needed to navigate life's challenges. You will use positive psychology, CBT-informed, and strengths-based approaches to build lasting resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resilience assessments and identify clients' coping strengths and gaps

• Design and deliver personalised resilience coaching programmes

• Teach clients evidence-based resilience skills: mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving

• Support clients through adversity, burnout, academic pressure, and life transitions

• Help children and teens develop age-appropriate resilience skills

• Facilitate group resilience workshops for schools or families

• Collaborate with therapists and educators on resilience-building strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification with resilience or wellbeing focus

• Minimum 2 years resilience coaching, counselling, or wellbeing practice

• Training in positive psychology, CBT, or stress inoculation approaches

• ICF or equivalent professional membership

Preferred Qualifications

• Resilience programme design experience (e.g. Penn Resiliency Programme)

• Experience with high-pressure academic or professional environments

• Child and adolescent resilience coaching specialisation

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

• Cross-age group coaching experience
