Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Infant Massage Instructor to teach parents and caregivers the benefits and techniques of infant massage. You will deliver group courses and individual guidance to support parent-infant bonding, infant development, and parental confidence in the early weeks and months.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver infant massage courses for parents of newborns to 12-month-old babies
Teach safe, gentle infant massage sequences using evidence-based techniques
Educate parents on the developmental and bonding benefits of infant massage
Adapt teaching for parents of premature babies or infants with medical needs
Guide parents in reading infant cues and responsive touch
Provide take-home resources and printed sequence guides
Collaborate with midwives, health visitors, and postnatal support professionals
Minimum Qualifications
Recognised Infant Massage Instructor training (IAIM-certified or equivalent)
DBS/police clearance check
Minimum 1 year infant massage instruction experience
Understanding of infant development and attachment
Preferred Qualifications
IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) certification
Postnatal doula or breastfeeding support background
Group facilitation experience
UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements
Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Golden Visa
Green Visa
Freelance Permit
Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility
Any other valid UAE work authorisation
