Wellness Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a Wellness Coach to support clients in creating balanced, healthy lifestyles and sustainable wellbeing practices. You will work with individuals and families to improve physical wellness, mental health, stress management, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic wellness assessments covering lifestyle, habits, and goals

• Design personalised wellness coaching programmes

• Coach clients in nutrition awareness, movement, sleep, and stress management

• Support clients in building sustainable healthy habits and routines

• Provide wellbeing coaching for parents and families in high-pressure environments

• Refer clients to appropriate allied health professionals when needed

• Monitor client wellbeing progress and adjust programmes accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification in wellness, health coaching, or holistic wellbeing

• Minimum 2 years wellness coaching experience

• Knowledge of lifestyle medicine, positive psychology, or holistic health

• Commitment to ethical scope-of-practice boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered with a professional wellness or coaching body

• Nutrition or fitness background as a complement to coaching

• Experience with stress, burnout, or parental wellbeing

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

• 2+ years wellness coaching practice

• Family or adult wellbeing coaching experience
