Emotional Intelligence Coach

Role Overview

We are looking for an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach to help clients — including children, teens, parents, and professionals — develop greater self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and social skills. You will use evidence-based EQ frameworks to support personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EQ assessments using validated tools (e.g. EQ-i 2.0 or equivalent)

• Design and deliver personalised emotional intelligence coaching programmes

• Help clients develop self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy

• Teach emotional literacy, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills

• Work with children and teens to build social-emotional competencies

• Support adults and parents in emotionally intelligent communication

• Facilitate group EQ workshops for schools or families where applicable

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification with EQ or social-emotional focus

• Certification in an EQ assessment tool (e.g. EQ-i 2.0, MSCEIT, or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years EQ coaching or training experience

• Strong grounding in emotional intelligence models (Goleman, Bar-On, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering EQ programmes in school settings

• Child or adolescent emotional coaching experience

• Group facilitation experience

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
