Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to provide professional breastfeeding and lactation support for new mothers and families across Dubai. You will offer evidence-based, compassionate support to help mothers and babies establish and maintain successful breastfeeding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive breastfeeding assessments for mothers and babies
Identify and manage common and complex lactation challenges
Provide hands-on support for latch, positioning, and milk supply issues
Advise on pumping, storage, bottle introduction, and weaning
Support mothers with premature babies, tongue-tie, or medical complications
Provide culturally sensitive, non-judgmental infant feeding support
Write professional lactation consultation reports and feeding plans
Minimum Qualifications
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential (current)
Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 2 years IBCLC practice
Knowledge of UAE cultural context for infant feeding
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with premature neonates, NICU support, or medically complex infants
Midwifery or nursing background
Arabic language skills
UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements
This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

Green Visa
Freelance Permit
Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility
Any other valid UAE work authorisation

Compensation
Earn 70% commission on all completed and fully paid consultations, coaching sessions, workshops, and family support programmes.
Commission is calculated after client payment has been received.
Payments are made monthly.
