Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented NEASC & KHDA Accreditation Support Specialist to assist schools, educational organisations, and leadership teams with accreditation preparation, school-improvement planning, evidence organisation, quality assurance, policy development, and regulatory readiness.
The successful candidate will support institutions working toward accreditation, inspection, re-accreditation, or continuous-improvement goals connected to the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai.
This is an advisory and project-support role. The specialist must not present themselves as a representative, inspector, approver, or decision-maker for NEASC, KHDA, or any government authority.
Key Responsibilities

Review existing school policies, procedures, strategic plans, performance data, and evidence systems
Support leadership teams in interpreting relevant NEASC standards and KHDA inspection expectations
Assist schools in conducting self-study, self-evaluation, gap analysis, and readiness reviews
Develop structured accreditation and inspection-preparation action plans
Help schools organise evidence against standards, indicators, and improvement priorities
Support the preparation of self-evaluation forms, school-improvement plans, reports, presentations, and evidence portfolios
Review curriculum documents, assessment processes, teaching and learning practices, inclusion systems, safeguarding procedures, and governance structures

Develop practical recommendations that are proportionate to the school’s context and resources
Support post-review action planning and ongoing continuous-improvement monitoring
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling school data, student information, staff records, and internal documentation
Stay informed about current NEASC frameworks, KHDA inspection guidance, UAE education requirements, and recognised international quality-assurance practices

Minimum 7 years’ experience in education, including school leadership, accreditation, inspection readiness, quality assurance, or school improvement
Demonstrated experience supporting international school accreditation or regulatory inspection processes

Strong ability to analyse complex school information and translate findings into practical action plans
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, School Improvement, Quality Assurance, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related discipline
PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, school leadership qualification, or equivalent professional credential
Direct experience supporting NEASC accreditation or re-accreditation
Experience preparing Dubai schools for KHDA inspections
Previous experience as a principal, vice-principal, accreditation coordinator, school-improvement leader, inspector, reviewer, or quality-assurance specialist
Experience with additional frameworks such as CIS, WASC, COBIS, BSO, IB evaluation, or other international accreditation systems
Formal training in school inspection, accreditation, auditing, safeguarding, or quality management
