Paediatric Physiotherapist

Role Overview

We are seeking a specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist with dedicated experience supporting infants, children, and adolescents with motor, developmental, and neurological conditions. You will deliver expert physiotherapy in family homes and school settings across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children from birth to 18 years with physical and developmental needs

• Design therapeutic movement and rehabilitation programmes for each child

• Support children with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, hypotonia, and developmental delays

• Provide parent training and home exercise guidance

• Liaise with paediatric medical teams, OTs, and SLTs

• Assist with orthotics, equipment recommendations, and positioning

• Document progress and adjust goals with child and family

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum 2 years dedicated paediatric physiotherapy experience

• Strong knowledge of child motor development milestones

Preferred Qualifications

• NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) certification

• Early intervention experience

• Aquatic therapy or hydrotherapy experience

UAE Licensing Requirements

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
