Sound Healing Practitioner

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner to offer therapeutic sound sessions for children, families, and individuals seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and holistic wellbeing. You will use instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs to create healing soundscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and design personalised sound healing sessions

• Deliver 1:1 and group sound healing sessions in home and online environments

• Use a range of instruments including crystal or Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes

• Adapt sound healing for children, neurodiverse individuals, and sensitive clients

• Educate clients on the benefits and science of sound therapy

• Create a safe, grounded, and comfortable therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with mindfulness, yoga, and wellbeing practitioners

Minimum Qualifications

• Recognised sound healing or sound therapy training (minimum 200 hours)

• Minimum 1 year sound healing practice experience

• Knowledge of sound therapy principles and contraindications

• Professional insurance and DBS/police clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with children or neurodiverse clients

• Training in biofield tuning or vibrational medicine

• Background in music, yoga, or holistic therapy

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
