About the Role
As a Media & Digital Communication Tutor / Educator, you will guide students in developing skills essential for modern learning and professional contexts, including:
Digital Presentations: Using multimedia tools, creating engaging slides, delivering online presentations
Video & Podcasting Skills: Recording, editing, and presenting content for online audiences
Virtual Debates: Leading online MUN sessions, classroom debates, and Zoom/Teams presentations
You will plan lessons, create exercises, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback. The role is suitable for students in primary, secondary, or pre-university levels, depending on your expertise.
Requirements
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Education, English, or a related field
Previous teaching, tutoring, or training experience in digital communication, media, or public speaking preferred
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Familiarity with school curricula taught in Dubai:
British: KS1–KS5 / GCSE / IGCSE / A-Level
American: Elementary, Middle, High School
IB: PYP, MYP, DP
Indian: CBSE / ICSE
French: Maternelle → Lycée
Ability to design lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning outcomes
Understanding of age-appropriate learning objectives in digital communication
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver structured lessons in digital media and communication skills
Comfortable creating and using teaching resources (slides, video tutorials, practice exercises)
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and helping students improve online presentation and communication skills
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and expectations
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
