About the Role
As a Niche / Specialized Programs Tutor / Educator, you will design and deliver targeted programmes and workshops that support students in developing communication, leadership, and presentation skills aligned with school and pre-university expectations.
Programmes may be delivered as 1:1 sessions, small group classes, workshops, or short courses, depending on student needs. You will adapt content to suit different age groups, learning styles, and curricula commonly taught in Dubai.
Specialisation Areas
Applicants may apply for one or more of the following areas:
1. STEM Communication Skills
Supporting students in presenting scientific, technical, or mathematical concepts clearly
Explaining data, experiments, and problem-solving processes
Preparing students for:
Science presentations
Project-based learning
IB Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and exhibitions
2. Entrepreneurship / Business Communication
Teaching pitching skills, idea presentation, and persuasive communication
Supporting:
Startup-style presentations
Business projects
Innovation challenges and school enterprise programmes
3. Youth Leadership Programmes
Delivering workshops focused on:
Confidence building
Teamwork and collaboration
Public speaking and presentation skills
Leadership foundations for younger learners
Requirements
Education & Academic Background
Degree or professional background in Education, Business, Engineering, Science, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
Teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience with school-aged learners or young adults
Experience working with primary, secondary, or pre-university students
Curriculum & Student Level Familiarity
Applicants must specify experience with one or more of the following curricula taught in Dubai:
British Curriculum (KS2–KS5, GCSE / A-Levels)
American Curriculum (Elementary, Middle, High School)
International Baccalaureate (IB) – PYP, MYP, DP
Indian Curriculum (CBSE / ICSE)
French or other international curricula (where applicable)
Programme & Teaching Skills
Ability to design structured lesson plans or workshop outlines
Skilled in adapting content for:
Different age groups
Varying confidence and ability levels
Strong facilitation and engagement skills
Comfortable delivering sessions 1:1 and in group settings
Communication & Professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and organised
Confident managing sessions independently

Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa permitting employment or freelance work
MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required where applicable
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant is responsible for maintaining their own legal work status
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earnings based on sessions, workshops, or programme packages delivered

Availability & Commitment

Ability to commit to scheduled sessions and workshops
Preference for educators available for short programmes or recurring sessions
