About the Role
As a Print / Manuscript Handwriting Tutor / Educator, you will provide targeted instruction for Early Years and Primary students (ages 3–7). Your responsibilities include teaching block-style writing, proper letter formation, spacing, and consistency, while tracking student progress and providing guidance to reinforce good handwriting habits.
This role is ideal for educators experienced with early literacy development and handwriting instruction.
Requirements
Education & Academic Background
Degree or background in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
Prior experience tutoring or teaching Early Years / Primary learners
Knowledge of handwriting instruction and literacy development for young learners
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to teach Early Years → Primary (ages 3–7)
Familiarity with school curricula in Dubai, including:
EYFS (UK)
Kindergarten (American / Early Elementary)
International Baccalaureate (IB PYP)
French Maternelle
Understanding of letter formation, spacing, alignment, and consistency
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver structured handwriting lessons
Comfortable creating and using resources (practice sheets, tracing exercises, interactive activities)
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and tracking improvement
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Patient, professional, and reliable
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents regarding goals and progress
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
