Requirements
Experience in lead generation or B2C outreach
Skilled with email outreach, messaging platforms, online communities
Data‑tracking and CRM familiarity preferred
Goal‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
Legal Eligibility:
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
If on a dependent/family visa, must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Tourist/visit visa holders cannot work legally
Applicants are responsible for maintaining legal work status and documentation
Education & Industry Understanding
· Understanding of the education or academic support sector (tutoring, schools, training centres, education platforms, or similar)
· Awareness of how parents assess tutoring services, learning outcomes, and educator credibility
· Familiarity with school systems or curricula taught in Dubai is a strong advantage
Lead Generation & Outreach Skills
· Experience generating leads through one or more of the following:
o Social media outreach (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, parent groups)
o Education-related communities or forums
o Direct outreach to parents or adult learners
o Referral-based or relationship-driven lead generation
· Ability to identify high-quality, relevant leads rather than generic contacts
· Comfortable pre-qualifying leads based on:
o Student age and level
o Subject needs
o Curriculum
o Availability and seriousness
Communication Skills
· Strong written communication in English
· Ability to communicate tutoring services clearly, professionally, and ethically
· Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians in a respectful, non-pushy manner
Organisation & Reporting
· Ability to track leads accurately and provide basic reporting (e.g. source, status, outcome)
· Comfortable following lead-handling processes and data privacy expectations
· Reliable follow-up and status updates
Professionalism & Work Style
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Results-focused with attention to quality over quantity
· Respectful of brand voice, boundaries, and family-sensitive communication
