Confidence Coach

Role Overview

We are looking for a Confidence Coach to help clients — particularly children, adolescents, and young adults — overcome self-doubt, build self-esteem, and develop the confidence to pursue their goals. You will provide a safe, empowering coaching environment that helps clients discover their strengths and voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct confidence and self-esteem coaching assessments

• Deliver personalised confidence coaching programmes for clients of all ages

• Help clients identify their strengths, values, and unique qualities

• Teach communication skills, assertiveness, and self-advocacy

• Support clients through social anxiety, imposter syndrome, and fear of failure

• Work with children and teens to build authentic self-confidence

• Collaborate with parents and educators on reinforcing confidence strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years confidence or self-esteem coaching experience

• Understanding of positive psychology and strengths-based approaches

• Experience working with children or young adults preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social anxiety or school-related confidence issues

• Drama, performance, or public speaking coaching background

• Child or adolescent coaching specialisation

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

• 2+ years confidence coaching practice

• Child, teen, or young adult coaching experience
