Time Management Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a Time Management Coach to help students, parents, and professionals master their time, manage competing priorities, and create productive, balanced schedules. You will provide practical, personalised coaching to help clients stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling in control.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current time use, priorities, and productivity challenges

• Design personalised time management coaching programmes

• Teach proven time management systems and productivity frameworks

• Help clients prioritise tasks, set boundaries, and manage energy effectively

• Support students with study timetabling, exam preparation schedules, and homework routines

• Coach parents and professionals on balancing work, family, and personal commitments

• Provide accountability structures and progress reviews

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years time management or productivity coaching experience

• Working knowledge of time management methodologies (GTD, Pomodoro, time-blocking, etc.)

• Strong coaching and accountability skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching students in exam or academic contexts

• Background in project management or productivity consulting

• ADHD or executive function coaching experience

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
