The course runs with a minimum of 3 paid students.

Cancellation Policy
ONLINE GROUP COURSES — BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY ENROLMENT & PAYMENT Full payment is required in advance to secure a place on the course. Enrolment covers the complete course on the dates and times shown in the class schedule. All sessions take place live online. SMALL-GROUP NUMBERS Each course has a maximum of 5 students and requires a minimum of 3 paid students to run. If the minimum is not reached, families will be offered a transfer to a suitable alternative course or a refund. FAMILY CANCELLATIONS & MISSED SESSIONS Course fees are non-refundable if a family cancels or a student misses a session. The group continues according to its published schedule; an individual absence does not change the class timetable. TRANSFER REQUESTS Please contact Simone’s Tutoring to request a transfer. Requests are considered subject to availability and are not guaranteed. A transfer is confirmed only when agreed by Simone’s Tutoring. CHANGES BY SIMONE’S TUTORING If we cannot provide the scheduled lessons, we will contact families to arrange an alternative or a refund for lessons we cannot deliver. JOINING YOUR CLASS Please join on time using the online class link, with a working device and reliable internet connection. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session.
