SEN & Learning Support Tutoring

Cancellation Policy

One-to-one SEN and learning-support sessions. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are counted as used. If Simone's Tutoring or the assigned tutor cancels, the session will be rescheduled or the session credit restored. Support is educational and does not constitute medical, psychological, speech-language, occupational, behavioural or other clinical diagnosis or therapy. For home sessions, a responsible adult must be present or readily accessible for minors, and families should share relevant educational, behavioural, safeguarding or medical information that may affect lesson delivery.
