Simones Tutoring FZE (“Simones Tutoring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may offer digital gift cards, educational gift credits, promotional gift balances, or similar prepaid account products (“Gift Cards”) that can be used toward eligible services on the Simones Tutoring platform.

This page explains how Gift Cards may be purchased, redeemed, used, and managed.

1. What Can Gift Cards Be Used For?

Eligible Gift Cards may be used toward qualifying purchases on Simones Tutoring, including:

• Private tutoring sessions;

• Group classes;

• Educational workshops;

• Subscription memberships;

• Learning programs;

• Academic coaching;

• Eligible educational services offered through the platform.

Gift Cards may only be used for purchases made directly through approved Simones Tutoring payment systems.

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be available for purchase in selected currencies and regions.

During purchase, buyers may be asked to provide:

• Recipient name;

• Recipient email address;

• Gift message;

• Gift Card amount;

• Delivery preferences.

Gift Cards may be delivered electronically through email or other supported digital delivery methods.

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

3. Redeeming Gift Cards

To redeem a Gift Card:

4. Apply the Gift Card balance toward eligible purchases.

If valid, the Gift Card balance will be added to the account or applied during checkout.

4. Gift Card Balances

Gift Card balances may:

• Be used across multiple eligible purchases until depleted.

If a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, users may be required to provide an additional payment method.

• Lost or stolen Gift Cards;

• Incorrect recipient information submitted during purchase.

If you believe unauthorized activity has occurred, please contact support promptly.

10. Technical Issues

If you experience issues redeeming or using a Gift Card:

• Verify the redemption code was entered correctly;

• Confirm the Gift Card has not expired;

• Ensure the account and purchase are eligible;

• Confirm the balance has not already been used.

11. Changes to Gift Card Programs

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

12. Governing Law

Gift Card purchases and use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes relating to Gift Cards shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
