Life Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Life Coach to support individuals, parents, and young adults in clarifying their goals, overcoming obstacles, and creating positive change in their lives. You will use evidence-based coaching techniques to help clients build confidence, direction, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial coaching consultations and goal-clarification sessions

• Deliver personalised 1:1 life coaching programmes

• Help clients identify values, strengths, and limiting beliefs

• Support clients in creating actionable plans and accountability structures

• Use powerful questioning, active listening, and reflection techniques

• Guide clients through personal transitions, life decisions, and challenges

• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical coaching practice

Minimum Qualifications

• ICF-accredited coaching qualification (ACC, PCC, or MCC)

• Minimum 2 years professional life coaching experience

• Recognised coaching training (minimum 60 hours ICF-approved programme)

• Strong commitment to ethical coaching practice

Preferred Qualifications

• ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or higher

• Experience coaching expatriate or multicultural clients

• Training in positive psychology or NLP

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
