Habit Coach

Role Overview

We are looking for a Habit Coach to help clients build positive, sustainable habits and break unhelpful patterns that are holding them back. You will use behavioural science, habit-formation research, and personalised coaching to create lasting change in clients' daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct habit assessment and behavioural pattern analysis with clients

• Design personalised habit formation and behaviour change coaching programmes

• Teach clients the neuroscience of habits, cue-routine-reward loops, and trigger management

• Help clients build morning routines, study habits, health habits, and productivity systems

• Provide accountability coaching and progress check-ins

• Support clients in overcoming procrastination, distraction, and self-sabotage

• Collaborate with wellness, ADHD, and academic coaches in multidisciplinary plans

Minimum Qualifications

• Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years habit or behaviour change coaching experience

• Knowledge of habit formation science (e.g. James Clear, BJ Fogg frameworks)

• Strong client accountability and follow-through support skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in a structured behaviour change or habit coaching methodology

• Experience coaching students, parents, or professionals

• Background in behavioural psychology or neuroscience

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
