Corporate Training Booking Policy Sessions are confirmed once booked and paid online. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged as a completed session. Late arrival does not extend the session. Package holders should book only sessions included in their current package and reserve programme sessions in advance, subject to availability.
