Language Lessons Booking Policy Sessions are confirmed once booked and paid online. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged as a completed session. Late arrival does not extend the lesson. Package holders should book only lessons included in their current package and are encouraged to reserve sessions in advance, subject to availability.
