These standards apply to all interactions that occur through our platform, classes, communications, events, assessments, and online learning environments.

Failure to follow these standards may result in warnings, suspension, removal from classes, or permanent termination of access to our services.

Tutor Code of Conduct

All tutors representing Simones Tutoring FZE are expected to maintain high academic and professional standards.

Tutors must:

• Teach only subjects and levels where they have appropriate expertise and experience

• Deliver lessons professionally, punctually, and prepared

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

• Treat all learners and families with fairness and respect

• Communicate professionally in lessons, emails, chats, and feedback

• Maintain appropriate tutor–student boundaries at all times

• Keep all tutoring-related communication on approved platforms unless explicitly authorized

• Protect learner privacy and confidential information

• Use age-appropriate, fact-based, and educationally relevant materials

• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior

• Never teach while impaired by drugs or alcohol

• Avoid promoting political, religious, or ideological views unrelated to educational objectives

• Refrain from harassment, bullying, intimidation, or favoritism

Tutors may not:

• Request personal contact information from minors

• Arrange unauthorized in-person meetings

• Share inappropriate content

• Misrepresent qualifications or experience

• Complete assignments or exams dishonestly on behalf of learners

• Engage in plagiarism or academic misconduct

Parent & Guardian Code of Conduct

Parents and guardians play an essential role in supporting learner success.

Parents and guardians are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully with tutors and staff

• Provide accurate enrollment and learner information

• Support punctual attendance and participation

• Encourage academic honesty and respectful classroom behavior

• Raise concerns constructively and professionally

• Respect tutor boundaries and scheduling policies

• Avoid disruptive behavior during live lessons unless participation is invited

Parents and guardians may not:

• Harass or threaten tutors or staff

• Record sessions without permission where prohibited

• Share confidential materials publicly

• Encourage academic dishonesty

• Use abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language

Learner Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to contribute positively to the learning environment.

Learners should:

• Be respectful to tutors and classmates

• Participate appropriately during lessons

• Use suitable language and behavior

• Arrive prepared and on time

• Respect differences in opinions, cultures, and backgrounds

• Protect their own personal information and privacy

Learners may not:

• Bully, insult, harass, or intimidate others

• Use discriminatory or hateful language

• Share inappropriate images, messages, or content

• Disrupt lessons intentionally

• Cheat, plagiarize, or engage in academic dishonesty

• Share personal contact details publicly

• Record sessions without authorization

Academic Integrity

Simones Tutoring FZE values ethical learning and authentic academic progress.

Students and tutors are expected to maintain honesty in:

• Assignments

• Exams and assessments

• Coursework

• Essays and projects

• AI-assisted work

• Research and citations

The following are prohibited:

• Plagiarism

• Impersonation

• Unauthorized use of AI tools

• Fabrication of academic work

• Sharing exam answers

• Completing graded work dishonestly for students

Where academic misconduct is identified, Simones Tutoring FZE reserves the right to suspend services or notify relevant institutions where appropriate.
