By enrolling a learner, parents or guardians consent to Simones Tutoring communicating regarding:

• Scheduling updates;

• Enrollment confirmations;

• Safety or operational communications;

• Support-related matters.

Promotional or marketing communications may be managed through available communication settings where applicable.

6. Learner Privacy and Information

Parents or guardians acknowledge that Simones Tutoring may collect, process, store, and use learner information as described in our:
