About the Role
As a Core / Standard Mathematics Tutor / Educator, you will deliver structured lessons to students across primary and lower secondary levels, aligned with the student’s curriculum and learning needs. Your responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering lessons
Providing homework support and practice exercises
Tracking student progress and providing constructive feedback
Adapting teaching strategies for different learning abilities
This role is ideal for educators with experience teaching foundational mathematics across various school curricula in Dubai.
Requirements
Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education (Mathematics), or a related field
Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Core/Standard Maths
Strong understanding of primary and lower secondary mathematical concepts
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Familiarity with school curricula taught in Dubai, including:
British Curriculum: KS1–KS3 (Years 1–9)
American Curriculum: Elementary (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–8)
International Baccalaureate (IB): PYP / MYP
Indian Curriculum: CBSE / ICSE (Primary & Middle School)
French Curriculum: Maternelle/CP–CM2, Collège (optional for French-speaking students)
Understanding of age-appropriate learning objectives
Ability to align lessons with curriculum standards
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver structured lessons
Comfortable creating worksheets, exercises, and revision materials
Skilled in giving constructive feedback and adapting lessons to student needs
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to communicate clearly with students and parents about progress and goals
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa that permits freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped

Applicants must clearly indicate the levels they can teach:
Early Years / Primary: FS1–FS2, Years 1–6, Grades 1–5, PYP, CP–CM2
Lower Secondary / Middle School: KS3, Grades 6–8, MYP, Collège (6ème–3ème)
