About the Role
As an Enrichment / Extracurricular Arts Tutor / Educator, you will design and deliver creative workshops that integrate art, music, drama, and STEAM activities. Responsibilities include guiding students in creative projects, preparing them for arts competitions and exhibitions, fostering problem-solving skills, and promoting self-expression.
This role is ideal for educators experienced in STEAM-focused arts, creative workshops, and international competition guidance.
Requirements
Education & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, STEAM Education, or a related field
Prior experience teaching arts to learners from Early Years → Secondary
Strong subject knowledge in creative arts, STEAM integration, and project-based learning
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
Ability to deliver arts enrichment across multiple curricula in Dubai, including:
British (EYFS → GCSE / IGCSE)
American (Elementary → High School)
International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP)
Indian (CBSE / ICSE)
French international schools
Knowledge of creative teaching methods, problem-solving activities, and arts integration with science, technology, engineering, and maths
Teaching & Resource Skills
Ability to plan and deliver structured creative workshops
Skilled in guiding students for art competitions and exhibitions (e.g., Doodle4Google, Young Artist Award)
Comfortable creating, adapting, and using digital or physical teaching resources
Applicant must have own electronic equipment (laptop/tablet, camera, microphone) for teaching/tutoring
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Able to provide feedback and track student progress in creativity, skill development, and confidence
Legal & Work Eligibility
Must hold a valid UAE visa permitting freelance or commission-based work
Valid MOHRE tutoring/teaching permit required
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
Applicant responsible for maintaining their own legal work eligibility
Compensation
💰 Commission-based
Earn a percentage of fees per session or package delivered
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
