UAE Teacher Development 2026: AI and Inclusion Priorities for Families

The Ministry of Education ran a specialised training week from 24–28 August 2026 involving more than 24,000 education staff. Its stated themes included AI integration, inclusive education, mentoring, data-informed assessment, gifted-student development and multi-level support.

The programme was for education staff; it does not create a new training requirement for independent tutors. It does, however, signal the language and practices families may increasingly hear from schools.

For tutoring, the useful response is practical: ask how a tutor plans from assessment evidence, adapts explanations for different learners, and uses AI responsibly without replacing a student’s own thinking or exposing personal information.
