Simones Tutoring FZE — Affiliate and Referral Program Terms

These Affiliate and Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern participation in any referral, ambassador, affiliate, influencer, partner, school partnership, or promotional program offered by Simones Tutoring FZE (“Simones Tutoring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in any Simones Tutoring referral or affiliate program (“Program”), participants (“Participants,” “Affiliates,” “Referrers,” “Partners,” or “Ambassadors”) agree to comply with these Program Terms in addition to Simones Tutoring’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

• Create fake referrals or fraudulent accounts;

• Misrepresent affiliation with Simones Tutoring.

Participants must comply with:

• Advertising laws;

• Consumer protection laws;

• Educational marketing standards;

• Platform policies.

7. Educational and Marketing Claims

Participants may not make claims regarding:

• Guaranteed grades;

• Guaranteed admissions;

• Guaranteed test scores;

• Guaranteed earnings or career outcomes;

• Guaranteed educational success.

All promotional statements must be truthful, accurate, and supported.

Participants remain solely responsible for their marketing content and representations.

8. Intellectual Property and Branding

Participants may use approved Simones Tutoring branding, logos, or marketing materials only as authorized.

Participants may not:

• Modify trademarks improperly;

• Use branding in misleading ways;

• Suggest official endorsement beyond authorized relationships;

• Register domains or accounts resembling Simones Tutoring branding.

All Simones Tutoring intellectual property rights remain owned by Simones Tutoring.

9. Schools, Educational Partners, and Organizations

Educational institutions, schools, organizations, and community partners participating in referral or partnership programs may be subject to additional agreements or requirements.

Partnership arrangements may vary depending on:

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to approve or reject partnership opportunities.

10. Fraud Prevention and Program Abuse

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to investigate:

• Reverse commissions or rewards;

11. Termination of Participation

Participants may stop participating in a Program at any time.

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate participation;

• End Programs;

• Modify Program structures;

• Refuse future participation.

Termination may occur with or without notice where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simones Tutoring shall not be liable for:
