Sessions and classes must be booked through approved Simones Tutoring channels.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.

Late Attendance

If a student joins late:

• The session may still end at the scheduled time.

• Additional time is not guaranteed.

7. Payments and Refunds

By purchasing Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these standards without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
