University Admissions Coach

Role Overview

We are looking for a University Admissions Coach to guide students through the competitive university application process for UK, US, UAE, and international institutions. You will provide expert coaching on personal statements, application strategy, interview preparation, and course selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through university research, shortlisting, and application strategy

• Coach students in writing compelling personal statements and college essays

• Advise on UCAS, Common App, and UAE university application processes

• Prepare students for university interviews and admissions tests

• Advise on A-Level, IB, and AP subject selection for target institutions

• Support families in understanding scholarship and financial aid options

• Keep up to date with admissions requirements across key institutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a relevant field

• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

• Minimum 2 years university admissions coaching experience

• Strong knowledge of UK and/or US university admissions processes

Preferred Qualifications

• NACAC member or equivalent professional affiliation

• Experience with Oxbridge, Ivy League, or top global university applications

• Knowledge of scholarship programmes

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
