Develop worksheets, practice exercises, and instructional resources
Collaborate with tutors to align materials with student needs
Format and organize content for delivery

💰 Compensation:
Commission‑based — earn a percentage of fees collected per session or lesson package delivered. Earnings are uncapped and tied directly to your teaching.
Requirements
Strong writing and organizational skills
Interest in education or curriculum design
Experience with educational content (helpful but not required)
Creativity and attention to detail
Legal Eligibility:
Must have a valid UAE visa that permits employment or freelance work
If on a dependent/family visa, must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Tourist/visit visa holders cannot work legally
Applicants are responsible for maintaining legal work status and documentation
Education & Academic Background
· Currently studying or previously completed a degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field
· Familiarity with school curricula taught in Dubai, such as:
o British (EYFS, KS1–KS3, GCSE / IGCSE)
o American (Elementary, Middle, High School)
o International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP)
o Indian (CBSE / ICSE)
Curriculum & Pedagogical Knowledge
· Understanding of age-appropriate learning objectives across Early Years, Primary, and/or Secondary levels
· Ability to align learning resources with curriculum standards and learning outcomes
· Awareness of skill progression (foundational → intermediate → exam-focused where applicable)
Resource Development Skills
· Ability to assist in creating or adapting:
o Worksheets
o Lesson plans
o Practice activities
o Revision materials
o Low-prep, student-friendly learning resources
· Comfortable simplifying concepts for different age groups and learning abilities
· Ability to follow clear guidelines and feedback when revising materials
Technical & Practical Skills
· Basic proficiency with tools such as:
o Google Docs / Google Slides
o Microsoft Word / PowerPoint
o Canva (or willingness to learn)
· Ability to organise files clearly and follow naming/versioning systems
Communication & Professionalism
· Clear written communication in English
· Ability to meet agreed deadlines and communicate delays proactively
· Respectful, professional, and responsive when collaborating
Availability & Commitment
· Flexible schedule
· Ability to commit consistent weekly hours based on project needs
· Long-term collaboration preferred for reliable contributors
