Present Simone’s Tutoring packages
Schedule trial sessions and follow up with leads
Close sales and ensure smooth enrollment
Track your leads and conversions
💰 Compensation:
Commission‑only — earn a competitive percentage of every package sold. High performers have uncapped potential income.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or client enrollment
Confidence working independently and managing leads
Basic understanding of tutoring services or willingness to learn
Legal Eligibility:
Must hold a valid UAE visa that legally permits freelance or commission-based work
No visa sponsorship or employment benefits provided
If on a dependent/family visa, must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Tourist/visit visa holders cannot work legally
Applicants are responsible for maintaining legal work status and documentation
Education & Industry Understanding
Experience in sales, client relations, or enrollment in education, tutoring, or related sectors
Understanding of how parents evaluate tutoring services and educational outcomes
Familiarity with school curricula in Dubai is an advantage (British, American, IB, Indian)
Sales & Client Management Skills
Experience handling inbound and outbound enquiries
Ability to qualify leads based on:
Student age and level
Subject and curriculum needs
Family goals and availability
Comfortable presenting tutoring programmes and packages professionally
Ability to follow up effectively while maintaining a parent-friendly approach
Communication & Professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Professional, courteous, and empathetic when engaging families
Reliable, results-driven, and able to work independently
Organisation & Reporting
Ability to maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments
Comfortable reporting weekly progress and conversion metrics
Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling family data
Compensation
