These School and Educational Partnership Terms (“Partnership Terms”) govern partnerships, institutional arrangements, educational collaborations, school programs, district services, NGO initiatives, ministry collaborations, and related educational relationships between Simones Tutoring FZE (“Simones Tutoring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and schools, districts, organizations, institutions, NGOs, ministries, or other educational entities (“Institution” or “Partner”).
These Partnership Terms apply to institutional access to tutoring services, educational programs, learning platforms, bulk enrollments, educator support, academic services, and related offerings provided by Simones Tutoring (“Services”).
These Partnership Terms supplement any separate written agreements, statements of work, or commercial arrangements between Simones Tutoring and a Partner.
