These School and Educational Partnership Terms (“Partnership Terms”) govern partnerships, institutional arrangements, educational collaborations, school programs, district services, NGO initiatives, ministry collaborations, and related educational relationships between Simones Tutoring FZE (“Simones Tutoring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and schools, districts, organizations, institutions, NGOs, ministries, or other educational entities (“Institution” or “Partner”).

These Partnership Terms apply to institutional access to tutoring services, educational programs, learning platforms, bulk enrollments, educator support, academic services, and related offerings provided by Simones Tutoring (“Services”).

These Partnership Terms supplement any separate written agreements, statements of work, or commercial arrangements between Simones Tutoring and a Partner.

1. Scope of Services

Simones Tutoring may provide educational Services including:

• Online tutoring;

• Group classes;

• Academic enrichment programs;

• Test preparation;

• Learning support services;

• Teacher or educator support;

• Educational workshops;

• Institutional learning programs;

• Student support initiatives;

• Educational technology tools.

Specific Services, schedules, pricing, and program structures may be defined in separate agreements or enrollment documentation.

2. Institutional Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate enrollment information;

• Obtaining necessary permissions and consents;

• Supervising student participation where appropriate;

• Ensuring compliance with applicable educational laws and regulations;

• Maintaining secure handling of student information;

• Communicating relevant institutional policies to participating students and families.

Partners remain responsible for educational oversight, internal school policies, and institutional decision-making.

3. Student Data and Privacy

Simones Tutoring may collect, process, store, and manage student or institutional information as reasonably necessary to provide Services.

Student information may include:

• Names;

• Contact details;

• Educational records;

• Attendance information;

• Enrollment details;

• Learning progress information;

• Platform activity;

• Session participation;

• Communications.

Data handling practices remain subject to:

• Simones Tutoring’s Privacy Policy;

• Learner Privacy Guide;

• Children’s Privacy and COPPA Policy where applicable;

• Additional Privacy Disclosures;

• Applicable laws and regulations.

Simones Tutoring does not sell student personal information.

4. Educational Records and FERPA-Style Principles

While Simones Tutoring may not be directly subject to all educational privacy laws in every jurisdiction, we strive to support educational privacy practices consistent with commonly recognized student privacy principles, including concepts similar to FERPA-style protections where applicable.

Partners remain responsible for:

• Determining their own legal obligations;

• Obtaining required parental or institutional consents;

• Managing educational record compliance requirements.

Simones Tutoring may reasonably cooperate with institutional privacy and data protection requests where operationally feasible and legally appropriate.

5. Parent and Guardian Permissions

Partners are responsible for obtaining any required:

• Educational participation permissions;

• Technology use approvals;

• Student privacy authorizations.

This may include permissions relating to:

• Session recordings;

• Platform access;

6. Bulk Enrollment and Institutional Access

Simones Tutoring may support:

• Bulk student enrollments;

• Institutional classroom access;

• Group licensing;

• Multi-user accounts;

• School-wide or district-wide programs.

Partners are responsible for:

• Managing authorized users;

• Maintaining accurate enrollment records;

• Preventing unauthorized account access;

• Ensuring Services are used only for approved educational purposes.

Bulk enrollment access may be subject to:

• Seat limitations;

• Subscription terms;

• Licensing restrictions;

• Usage thresholds.

7. Licensing and Educational Use Restrictions

Educational content, learning materials, recordings, software tools, worksheets, and platform resources provided by Simones Tutoring are licensed — not sold — unless otherwise stated.

Partners may use educational materials only for authorized educational purposes.

Partners may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials beyond authorized use;

• Resell educational content;

• Remove copyright or ownership notices;

• Share institutional access credentials improperly;

• Use Services for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.

All intellectual property rights remain owned by Simones Tutoring or applicable licensors.

8. Payment Terms

Institutional payment arrangements may vary depending on:

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Late payments may result in suspension or restriction of Services;

Simones Tutoring is not responsible for:

• Institutional scheduling conflicts;

• Student absences;

• School technology limitations;

• Third-party internet disruptions.

10. Recordings and Educational Content

Certain educational sessions or activities may be recorded for:

• Educational review;

• Safety and moderation;

• Quality assurance;

• Parent or institutional access;

• Operational support.

Partners are responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained where required.

Unauthorized distribution of recordings or educational materials is prohibited.

11. Child Safety and Conduct

Simones Tutoring is committed to maintaining safe educational environments.

Educators and institutional users are expected to:

• Maintain professional conduct;

• Respect student privacy;

• Follow child safety standards;

• Use approved communication channels where possible.

Partners should promptly report safety concerns or inappropriate conduct.

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding safety or policy violations.

12. Technology and Platform Requirements

Partners are responsible for ensuring participating users have access to:

• Compatible devices;

• Reliable internet connections;

• Required software or browsers;

• Appropriate educational environments.

Platform functionality may depend on third-party systems or services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simones Tutoring shall not be liable for:

• Educational outcomes;

• Institutional decisions;

• Student performance;

• Third-party service failures;

• Indirect or consequential damages.

Educational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

14. Termination and Suspension

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate institutional access;

• Restrict Services;

• Remove users violating platform policies.

Partners may terminate participation subject to applicable contractual or payment obligations.

15. Changes to These Partnership Terms

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to update or modify these School and Educational Partnership Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Partnership Terms.
