These Additional Service Terms (“Additional Terms”) apply to certain products, programs, tools, memberships, educational offerings, features, and services provided by Simones Tutoring FZE (“Simones Tutoring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Additional Terms supplement and form part of the Simones Tutoring Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Educator Agreement, Supplemental Terms, and any other applicable platform policies.

By accessing or using any covered service, you agree to these Additional Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Additional Terms and other platform policies, these Additional Terms will govern only with respect to the specific service involved.

1. Membership Programs

a. Membership Access

Users authorize recurring charges through their selected payment method.

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

• Change billing schedules.

c. Membership Cancellations

Users may cancel memberships through their account settings or applicable billing provider.

2. Educational Programs and Packages

• Community forums;

• Group collaboration tools.

Users must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.

Simones Tutoring reserves the right to:

5. Trial Programs and Free Access

Replay access may be limited by:

Users may not:

• Download recordings without authorization;

• Redistribute recordings;

• Publicly post recordings;

• Modify recordings for unauthorized purposes.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Simones Tutoring may integrate with third-party platforms or services, including:

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Simones Tutoring is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or independent practices.

8. AI-Assisted Educational Features

AI-generated outputs:

• May not always be accurate;

• Should not replace professional educational judgment;

10. Service Availability

Simones Tutoring does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Services.

Platform availability may be affected by:

• Internet disruptions;

• Force majeure events.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features;

• Remove content;

• Discontinue services;

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simones Tutoring FZE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Third-party platform failures;

• User misconduct;

• Unauthorized account access.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Simones Tutoring during the six (6) months preceding the relevant claim.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simones Tutoring FZE and its affiliates, employees, educators, contractors, and partners from claims arising from:

• Violation of these Additional Terms;

• Misuse of Services;

• Uploaded or shared content;

• Violation of laws or regulations;

• Infringement of intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to These Additional Terms

Simones Tutoring may update these Additional Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of applicable Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Additional Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Additional Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
