Mindset Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mindset Coach to help clients shift limiting beliefs, build a growth mindset, and develop the mental resilience needed to achieve their personal and professional goals.

You will work with students, parents, and individuals to transform unhelpful thinking patterns and create lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate mindset assessments and coaching discovery sessions

• Deliver personalised mindset coaching programmes

• Help clients identify and challenge limiting beliefs and fixed mindset patterns

• Build clients' self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner confidence

• Teach growth mindset frameworks and cognitive reframing techniques

• Support clients through academic pressure, transitions, and setbacks

• Integrate positive psychology principles into coaching sessions

Minimum Qualifications

• ICF-accredited coaching qualification

• Minimum 2 years mindset or transformational coaching experience

• Training in cognitive reframing, NLP, or positive psychology

• Strong ethical coaching practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive psychology certification (e.g. MAPP or equivalent)

• NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner

• Experience coaching students or young adults

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa

• Golden Visa

• Green Visa

• Freelance Permit

• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

• 2+ years mindset coaching practice

• Experience with diverse client groups
